The Notorious B.I.G. is one of the most celebrated rappers of all time. His tremendous success, accolades, awards and praise cement his legacy, but did not prevent his tragedy. His life was cut short at the apex of his career, resulting in a bittersweet sentiment that poured through the industry. His Life After Death album was set to release on March 25, 1997, but unfortunately, he would not live to see its success. He was gunned down in Los Angeles, at the age of 24.
To commemorate the life and legacy of his momentous talent, the Brooklyn Nets retired a jersey in his honor on the 20th anniversary of his death. That night, the first family came to celebrate his immense talent and his iconic representation of Brooklyn. His mother, Ms. Voletta Wallace, his former managers and executors of his estate Mark Pitts and Wayne Barrow, his daughter, his son, Faith Evans, Diddy and Lil' Kim -- they all payed homage to the King of Rap.
To continue The Notorious B.I.G.'s legacy, you, too, can commemorate him with the limited edition 20th Anniversary tee. These tees are available as supplies last and will run out. Only a limited amount are available.
